Proving that Stargayzing is not just hung up on Old Hollywood, I placed this piece in US Magazine after the winsome Maggie Gyllenhaal stopped into Odd Twin Vintage in Park Slope with an infant strapped onto her chest and a sick daughter at home. I had the privilege of helping actress—truly the most unassuming and lovely person.  If everyone in Hollywood had Maggie’s temperament, publicists would be much calmer.  Funnily enough, Odd Twin’s owner Francesca Neville’s daughter has the same name—Ramona—as Gyllenhaal’s daughter.
